360 Protection ("we", "us") installs paint protection film and related services in Cairo, Egypt. This page explains what personal data we collect through 360protectioneg.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
Warranty registration: your name, phone number, email address, and car details (make, model, year, colour, plate number, chassis/VIN, installation date). Reviews: your name, star rating, review text, and any car photo you choose to upload. Invoices and quotations: client name, phone, email, car details, service items, and amounts. Contact: anything you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok stays on those platforms under their own policies. We do not collect payment card data on this website.
Why we use it
To issue and honour your warranty certificate, to email you that certificate and your invoices, to publish reviews you submit (only after our team approves them), to prepare quotations you request, and to keep our own service and accounting records. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Who processes it
Our website hosting provider, our managed cloud database and file storage provider, and our transactional email provider. They process data only to run the service on our behalf. We disclose data outside this list only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Warranty records are kept for the full warranty term plus one year, so we can verify claims. Invoices and accounting records are kept as long as Egyptian tax and commercial record-keeping rules require. Approved reviews stay published until you ask us to remove them. Rejected review submissions and their photos are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete a review or photo you submitted, or ask us to erase your record entirely (note that deleting a warranty record ends the warranty, because it is our only proof of the installation). Write to us with the phone number or plate you registered and we will respond.
Cookies and tracking
The public pages of this website do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our private staff and admin areas set a single encrypted session cookie so signed-in team members stay signed in; it is not used to track visitors.
Security
Data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level access rules, served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy, and private areas are protected by password-based sign-in. No system is perfect, but we limit access to the people who need it.
Children
Our services are for car owners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date above.
